Private Pilates is an investment — in your body, your movement and the way you feel every day.

What's Included in Every Session

Each session is 55 minutes, one-on-one and tailored to you and your body. What we work on during each session depends on how your body moves, how you arrive that day and where we're headed.

Most sessions center around the reformer, with matwork or stability chair work added as needed. I'm watching your alignment and movement patterns throughout — making small adjustments that create meaningful, lasting change. You'll leave feeling stronger, calmer and more at ease in your body.

Session Packages

Intro Session, $150

For new clients. This is your first session — a chance to experience the work, for me to assess how your body moves, and for both of us to decide if we're a good fit. If you choose a package afterward, this session counts toward it (and at the reduced price). *Existing clients: Available when you need flexibility between packages. Please contact me to discuss.

Pack of 5, $725

($145 per session)

A good starting point if you'd like to experience a full arc of sessions before committing to a larger pack.

Pack of 10, $1400

($140 per session — great value)

This is the package most clients choose. Ten sessions gives us enough time to build a real foundation, correct patterns that have developed over years, and start seeing the kind of change that carries over into the rest of your life. Consistency is where the work pays off.

Pack of 20, $2600

($130 per session — for clients who are fully committed)

This package is for clients who have done the work, experienced the difference, and want to make Pilates a permanent part of their self-care. Clients who train at this level often tell me it's the best investment they make in themselves. The results speak for themselves, and so does the consistency that gets you there. Available to returning clients who have completed a previous package.

Frequently Asked Questions

How often should I come? Most clients train two or three times a week. Two to three sessions a week tend to produce faster, more noticeable results. Once a week is a worthwhile practice, especially if you are doing other forms of exercise. We'll talk about what makes sense for you.

Do packages expire? Packages are valid for six months from the date of purchase. I find that an expiry date helps clients stay consistent, which is ultimately what produces results.

What is your cancellation policy? I have a 24-hour notice policy for canceling or rescheduling. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are forfeited from your package. I hold your time specifically for you, and this policy allows me to offer it to someone else when you can't make it.

Can I pay by invoice or session by session? All sessions are prepaid by package. I don't offer invoicing or pay-as-you-go arrangements. This keeps things simple for both of us and supports the consistency that makes the work effective.

What if I have an injury? It depends on the injury. Some clients work with me alongside physical therapy and find Pilates supports their recovery well. Others need to complete rehab before we begin or resume. If you're unsure, fill out the new client form, and I'll let you know honestly whether this is the right time to start.

Where are you located? I'm based in Corte Madera in Marin County. I will send you my address when you book your first session.
